Parcels will be sent by Sendle or Australia Post, tracked. During COVID times please allow extra time for deliveries. If you experience an unexpected delay, please contact me through the contact page for further information.

SHIPPING IS ONLY AVAILABLE WITHIN AUSTRALIA AT THIS TIME

FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE IS $8

Shipping will be via Australia post or Sendle.

• Allow 3 business daysfor processing. Most orders are processed within 48 hours.
  · Please ensure your address details are correct on your Shopify order. 
  · Refunds or replacements will NOT be issued if your address is incorrect.
  · Average delivery time is: 3-6 business days.

TERMS
Once your parcel has been posted please understand Vicinity Store has no control over delivery times. Adverse weather conditions, postal strikes, public holidays, Christmas, incorrect address etc... are some of the things which may delay your order, all of which are out of our control.  Your item will not be refunded if it does not arrive within your expected time frame.
